A couple from Moscow, 72 and 73 years old, this is their second visit to this spa.
We are fully satisfied with cleanliness of the spa rooms and all premises of the spa house. We like the stay in Teplice, it is a calm and pleasant place. What seem to be absolutely excellent are concerts in LD Beethoven; we like to attend them. We also go to the museum and to concerts held in the town of Teplice. We are interested in cultural events. We are really glad that you can offer so many events.
We have visited Karlovy Vary a couple of times, we always stayed in a different hotel, it was always perfect, but (they smile) that spa does not affect our joints so much. Now our health is in the first place, it requires treatment. For that reason we will be glad to come to your spa again.

I appreciate so much that you have a warm pool. This is your great advantage. No one else has got such a pool. And I am not the only person to like your pool, also all other people who come to be treated here appreciate its qualities. Also, allow me to mention a kind and friendly approach of your staff to spa guests. I am completely satisfied with accommodation – with the cleaning of my room and the approach the room maids have to visitors. They are very quick and I also appreciate their confidentiality. Your employees can always make me happy or surprise me pleasantly. If it is possible, I would like to come back again to your spa.

All people here are so warm and attentive. As we have come here several times, we have known each other very well. This is very pleasant, there is such a friendly relationship between visitors and the staff. We are really satisfied with medical treatment and this is also the reason for our coming here again- we always purchase some additional procedures on the basis of the doctor´s recommendation. We will surely come back.

We have never met such perfect organization, and such a kind and attentive approach of the staff to customers. We can only congratulate you. You are doing a very good job. We appreciate so much that we do not have to go to different places to have our procedures because everything is located in one building. In Karlovy Vary we usually had to hurry up to get to different buildings – very often it was so uncomfortable. Also, we have to praise your unique thermal water; it ready does both of us so good.

An older couple from Dresden, they have been to Lázně Teplice v Čechách twice.
We are fully satisfied. Last year we were accommodated in Císařské lázně and this year we have tested the Beethoven Spa House. Although we were satisfied last year, this year we feel even better and are high on our selection of the spa house. We can also feel history and traditions, next time we will select the Beethoven Spa House again.
The water of yours is really magnificent and procedures very pleasant. We are convinced that this treatment helps us and this is also the reason why we are coming to your spa.
All members of the spa staff are nice, helpful and pleasant. We can do nothing else but give our praise to you. The catering services and the attendance are excellent.
We will surely come back. We have already started to recommend you everywhere. If I have enough publicity materials, we will even advertise your spa.

A couple, approx. 65 years old, from Berlin, they have come to Lázně Teplice v Čechách for their fourth visit.
We have selected Císařské lázně and are really satisfied. Everything is always so perfectly clean and full of light.
The treatment is gorgeous, really excellent; I do not know what words I should use to express our satisfaction with the staff and its services. We feel excellent and the treatment helps my wife very well. In our ordinary life we need a wheelchair for my wife nearly all the time but now she has succeeded in moving around with her crutches within a shorter distance. We are really pleased with the progress. The doctors are very kind and helpful, I had an injury of my hand and they helped me brilliantly.
We wish to give our praise to the staff again. They are kind, helpful, and communicative and we feel really excellent here. We have known some of them very well.

A woman around 31 (accompanying a daughter after Child Cerebral Palsy), from Moscow. They have come to Lázně Teplice v Čechách for the first time.
We like the system which is used for treatment of children- at first it is necessary to release muscles, then load and strengthen them. The care for patients in your spa is really complex – you try to treat children making use of all ways. No one else has ever worked with us in such a complex manner. It is good that you do not develop only extremities but also the brain and the locomotion system. All procedures start in time and are completed without any complications. As far as our daughter is concerned, we can observe such great progress within such a short period of time – for the first time in her life she started to walk up and down the steps without any support.
I have never met with such a kind approach to my daughter, either on the part of employees or guests. We have never experienced such nice treatment in any other place.

A lady around 65 years old, from the area of Freiburg (Saxony). She has been to Lázně Teplice v Čechách four times.
Lázně Teplice was recommended to us by our acquaintances a couple of years ago. We have been here four times since. I am really satisfied with my accommodation. Everything is clean, pleasant; and we like the room.
The spa treatment is amazing. I have problems with my vertebra column and my husband needs treatment after a stroke. We can say that in comparison with Germany Lázně Teplice offer more procedures and they are not so expensive. In addition to that I also think that the spa treatment really helps us and this is the most important thing.

We will certainly come next year again, but we will order our next year stay here immediately after this stay ends.

A couple, around 80 years old, from the vicinity of Cottbus. This is their 10th stay in Lázně Teplice v Čechách.
We are really satisfied, your have very nice rooms and a brilliant newly reconstructed balneo centre. We have a standard room and we like it. As a whole we like the stay in the Emperor Spa House very much. The rooms seem do be done for us.
The food is excellent. We are really satisfied with the choice of dishes, with the portions, the quality of food and with the attendance as well. In short, with everything that is offered to us. We were sitting at the table with people coming from the former western countries, from the Federal Republic of Germany. They lived in the north, they came from Bremen- and they also liked the food very much.
We are also satisfied with the treatment; in fact this is the reason why we are coming here. The doctors and the procedures are great. Four procedures per day is the optimal number …. We also purchase an additional procedure of oxygenotherapy.
All people here are extremely kind, from doctors to room maids. Why should not they be nice, we are also kind and nice to all of them.
If we are healthy enough, we will come again. We have already recommended your spa to all members of our family and to all friends of ours. Some of them have already been here three times. When we leave the place we usually take a lot of publicity materials and we distribute them to our friends when we come back home.

When I was here for the first time, I was staying in the Beethoven Spa House. Afterwards I tried Kamenné lázně and became a faithful visitor to that spa house. It is a magnificent building….
The spa treatment is super and my doctor is fine.
As I was so satisfied in this spa, I have already recommended you to a couple of acquaintances of mine.

The procedures are really excellent. The best of all are procedures carried out in water and in the pool. You can release your body wonderfully and forget about troubles. Your spa really heals both the body and the soul.

The treatment offered by the spa is very good and the medical staff is pleasant and efficient. We are really satisfied a lot.
You have to commend all employees instead in you name, they are very nice and helpful, everything is all right. We will certainly come back to this spa again.

A couple, approx. 80 years old, from the area of Düsseldorf; they are in this spa for the first time.
The treatment in the spa is the best of all, the best I have ever seen or experienced. I cannot find anything that might be considered a flea in one’s ears. The personnel were of the top quality. When I came here I could not get up the stairs. Now I walk again and I can hardly feel pain in my legs.
In our free time we usually sit in the park and observe life around us. We can see how other guests, for instance Arabian children, make progress within the period of time spent in the spa. We really enjoy it.
People are excellent here, they are all willing to help us.
You have our 100% promise that we will come again and I will recommend you to all my acquaintances.

I cannot complain about anything at all. I am satisfied with my accommodation in all respects. The room is pleasant and cosy.
There is 100% satisfaction with the spa treatment on my part. The communication with doctors and the medical staff is perfect. Their therapy always helps me. I am sure that next year I will select your spa again. Of course I recommend your spa to everybody. Sometimes I do not even have to say anything. All people I know recognize that I am a different woman when I come back from Lázně Teplice.

A married couple, approx. 75 years old, coming from the area of the Upper Lusatia of Germany, it is their fourth visit to Lázně Teplice v Čechách.
The treatment is of the top quality and this is most important. My (female) doctor is very skilful and speaks German very well. All these pompous types of spas that have just grown up in Germany –they are not for us. The result is most important of all. Everything here is always ready for us, always clean and fine.

We are fully satisfied with our rooms, everything is clean, nice. It is great that we don’t have to be afraid to leave our money or more precious things in our rooms. We know that nobody will take anything away. One can feel safe here.
The treatment is really excellent. We have been here only one week but we can feel the first positive results. I have been taking painkillers for years, but I do not have to take any pills here. The whole body of mine is released; I got rid of all blocks.

I have selected the food combining diet among the types of catering services and I am pleasantly surprised what interesting, varied and deliciouos combinations your chef can invent and prepare. He must really have a great fantasy.

In general, it seems to us that there are no shortcomings. The atmosphere is fantastic; I can confirm this on behalf of other clients. Also, the place is clean and the cleaning women accurate- not only in the place of accommodation but also in the premises where all spa procedures are carried out.
I will be leaving with a wish to repeat the stay in your spa.

A four-member family from Kuwait, Father, Mother and two children; they have been to Lázně Teplice v Čechách several times.
Such exercises that are provided for our Arabian children here in Nové lázně do not exist in our home country. They do not carry them out at such professional level as in your spa. Your female employees are excellent. I also asked other women from our country and all of them say the same thing. The Czech spa is best for our sick children.

A couple from Moscow, a woman at the age of 58 and a man 48 years old. They have been to the spa Lázně Teplice v Čechách for the first time.
Our accommodation is brilliant. The room is really so nice, large and clean.
I would like to mention our female doctor’s fair dealing. I like her reaction when I asked for advice in connection with my wish to purchase additional procedures. She gave me a piece of good advice using objective arguments and told me not to buy the procedures I do not need.
The food is excellent. We would like to give our thanks to the chef of the restaurant its staff. It is admirable that you can prepare such a great variety of dishes that are also delicious.

Two married couples, approx. 60 and 70 years old, from Brandenburg, this is their fifth stay in Lázně Teplice v Čechách.
As long as we are capable of travelling, we will always like to come. We know that the stays here help us a lot and this is very important for us. We also stayed in Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad) and, of course, the town looks different, but the procedures in Lázně Teplice are much better.

This year I have a small room with a balcony, which is superb. As far as the equipment of the room is concerned, I have not comments.
I will be glad to come again; for me it is such a holiday in the spa the effects of which accompany me in the remaining part of the year and help me keep fit.

The thermal water is excellent. I have been here for three weeks and my state of health has significantly improved. The timing and the composition of the spa procedures is perfect. Everything suited me very well in this spa.
The approach of all employees to all spa guests is highly professional.

There are so many events from which I ca choose. I went to a concert and to have pedicure. We you can read newspapers, go to dance in the evening, you can borrow a book. I cannot imagine that someone can get bored.
I will certainly come back to this spa again and I will definitely recommend your spa. I have already planned my next visit to the spa; I will come with a female friend of mine and spend our hen party here.

Good Morning,
I am writing a letter to you as I want to share the recent experience with you. The Beethoven spa House has always been a synonym for health and care for me. Since the last Friday it has become a notion that equals the paradise. I discovered the beauty of the massage performed with hot lava stones. I have never experienced anything so beautiful as this massage in my life. It was carried out in a pleasant room, beautifully arranged, painted and decorated with statues of gods. With tender tones of music and sounds of brawling water I was transferred to a land of dreams for a period of one hour. And in addition to that the personality of Mr. Sampata and his approach to his clients are extraordinary. He is not only a masseur He is a real MASTER MASSEUR – written in capital letters. He is always in a perfect condition, his behaviour is perfect as well, but most of all it is his work, mastery and his skills, that would prove his qualifications, his qualities and knowledge, even if there were no certificates on the walls. His professional approach connected with his enormous effort, and due care let us know that he likes to do his work, that he knows where his swift fingers could touch the body and what places should be pressed - all that in connection with the effect of hot lava stones. This is, simply said, a dream!
I really enjoyed the massage. It brought harmony and peace to my mind and relaxation to my body. Please give my thanks to Mr.Sampata in my name. I really wish to thank him for his professional work and his nice relationship to clients.
I also thank this spa that it added this procedure to its offer.
P.S. I do not know whether I should write about this thing now. I am afraid the charm might disappear. After a period of nearly 30 years this massage liquidated the blocks on my cervical vertebrae. I have not had any headache since Friday and I can turn my head without the accompanying “crunching” sounds in my vertebrae.
Unless the blocks appear again, Mr. Sampata will enter my private hall of stars!

Even in August there was a bus full of people who came to the spa upon my recommendation. And they were all exceedingly satisfied. I was very glad as you can never ingratiate everybody. Then they all patted my back and repeated “your were right”. I am glad that they were all as enthusiastic about the stay here as I was.

A married couple at the age of approx. 60 from Möritzburg; it has been their ninth stay in the spa.
We have made use of your offer of trips and a Teplice bus tour and we like to come back to the botanical garden, which is beautifully reconstructed. We were lucky to get tickets for a concert of the North Bohemian Philharmonic Orchestra, which was held in the hall of the House of Culture. It was really great and unrepeatable experience.

We are all highly satisfied with the spa services. We can see that only professionals work here and that they like their work. Our room is furnished very well, it is cleaned every day, all towels are replaced by clean ones and the room maids are very pleasant and always willing to help.
We are also satisfied with the selection of dishes offered within the framework of our full board. The offer is always wide and the attendance very nice and professional.

We were astonished by the quality of procedures. We have also visited a spa in Poland – the place was good, but the procedure counted for little. For that reason we never went there again and returned the well established spa in Teplice.
We would like to commend all members of the staff; they are very nice and friendly people, we would not hesitate to take some of them with us home (laugh).

I found your websites on the Internet and sent an email letter to book my stay in your spa. Your business department met all my requirements although they may have been quite special. Apart from booking the room for me, the staff also found out when the mass was held in the church located in the vicinity of the Beethoven Spa House. We were offered some tips for cultural events and tickets were booked for us, for a concert in the House of Culture.

The treatment and procedures are perfect in this spa. I would like to award myself with the pool, massages and bubble baths nearly every day. I was also interested in your offer of additional procedures and the newly opened Orient Spa Centre. For that reason I have already tested the lava stones massage and was fascinated. The space and design of the interior is really stylish and the masseur is excellent. I will certainly recommend it to all my acquaintances.
