Payments are made at reservation of the excursion at the Information Centre at a spa house.
Excursions will be realized if minimum 6 people take part
If excursions are not realized because of low number of participants, 100% of the fee will be returned.
If a client cancels the excursion, he will be charged 50,-CZK cancellation fee
