Yes, we do offer this service. You may pick up the cleaned laundry as soon as in 3 hours. - What can I do with my free time?
We offer trips, cultural events and the like. For more information, see the Free Time section. - I would like to do some sports in my free time. May I rent a mountain bike?
Yes, we offer this service. Mountain bikes may be rented at the receptions of the individual spa buildings for a fee of CZK 23.00 per hour. - I love to read, may I borrow some books at the spa?
The library of Beethoven Spa offers an uncountable number of titles. The rental fee is CZK 20.00 per book. - If I receive guests, may they receive accommodation at the spa?
Of course, your guests will be charged the standard hotel stay price. - Which famous personages have been treated at the Teplice Spa?

Yes, the Beethoven, Emperor’s, Stone and New Spa buildings offer these services. - I am bound permanently to a wheelchair. May I receive treatment at your spa?

The check-in date is determined based on an agreement between the client and the reception office worker of the respective institution.
Clients pay the costs for treatment, catering and accommodation themselves. The length of the stay for self-payers is not restricted. - Is the thermal pool open for the public? What are the prices and opening hours?

Yes, this option is available. For procedure reservations, please contact the reception of Beethoven Spa. - I am interested in alternative accommodation.
As an alternative, we offer the Orchard Spa and Jirásek Spa dependant buildings and the “Flora” Villa for more demanding clients. Parents with children may be accommodated in the Erben spa building. - Do you offer Thai Massage?
