Quality of Services
The Teplice Spa (Lázně Teplice v Čechách a.s. – stock company) has for many years been a company which stresses the quality of services offered to its clients as the number one priority of its business strategy. We respect a company management policy with maximum care given to the wishes and expectations of our clients.
According to this policy, the company’s top management decided in 2000 to implement a quality control system following the ISO 9001:2000 standard in the entire company. This decision was brought to its fulfilment when we successfully passed the certification audit of the respected independent auditing and certification company TÜV Management Service GmbH of Munich and were awarded a certificate (on November 14, 2001) certifying the establishment and maintaining of a system guaranteeing quality in the field of spa services, including restaurant and accommodation services. Since the certification, the same certification company inspects the observance of service quality principles – we have undergone all inspection audits successfully, including the last audit at the end of 2008, which confirmed our certification for another 3 years.
This entire process, which includes continuous improvement, a helpful attitude towards the customer, observance of all binding medical, hygienic, safety and other regulations and standards, dutiful selection and ever-increasing professional qualification of our employees, careful selection and evaluation of our suppliers and a consequential inspection of all these and other parameters by an independent inspection body according to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard, secures a guarantee of high quality of services provided to our potential and current customers and creates for our company the main conditions of fulfilling its priority: A satisfied customer.
