Accommodation

100% payment is performed after the booked accommodation and services are confirmed by the Spa. The advance payment must be performed within 30 days before the beginning of stay at the latest. Should the stay be ordered in a period shorter than 30 days, the payment will be performed at the moment of the order confirmation.   

Procedure

Payment for ordered service confirmed by the Spa will be performed no later than on the day the service is provided, before it starts to be provided.  

 

Methods of payment:

  • bank transfer
  • cash payment
  • postal order
  • accepted credit card  
  • gift voucher issued by Lázně Teplice v Čechách

Cancellation fees are charged per booked client based on the total price of the ordered service as follows:

  • within 30 days before providing the first service: CZK 500 / 1 person
  • 29-21 days before providing the first service: 10% of the price to be charged / 1 person, but at least CZK 500
  • 20-14 days before providing the first service: 30% 10% of the price to be charged / 1 person, but at least CZK 500
  • 13-7 days before providing the first service: 50% 10% of the price to be charged / 1 person, but at least CZK 500
  • 6-3 days before providing the first service: 75% 10% of the price to be charged / 1 person, but at least CZK 500
  • 2 and fewer days before providing the first service or without prior cancellation: 100% 10% of the price to be charged / 1 person, but at least CZK 500

Cancellation fees are usually not charged in case that the client was prevented from arriving by the following circumstances: sudden illness or injury documented by a medical report, natural disaster, death of a family member (parents, husband/wife, or child). If the accommodation is cancelled, the client pays bank charges associated with returning the money to their account.
